Currently, Audio Factory Club does not offer any products for sale. This page outlines the policy that will apply to any future digital products (such as MIDI packs, sample packs, or guides) that may be offered on this site.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, they are delivered to you instantly upon purchase and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Therefore, as a general rule, all sales of digital products are considered final, and I do not offer refunds or exchanges after a purchase is completed.

Please make sure to read the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

Exceptions & Your Satisfaction

It's important to me that you are happy with what you receive. While the general policy is no refunds, I will always strive to help if a problem arises.

If a product you purchase is genuinely faulty, does not work as described, or you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact me immediately via the support page. I will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include providing a new download link or, in cases where the issue cannot be fixed, issuing a refund.

Subscriptions

For any potential future subscription services, the specific refund policy and cancellation terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
