Refund Policy

Regarding roducts which are to be shipped to you, you may cancel your order by contacting us via the support page within 24 hours of your placing the order, stating clearly which order you are cancelling.

Subscriptions are refundable up to 24 hours after subscribing by contacting us via the support page.

If you comply with the procedures above, the purchase or subscription price may be refunded in the form of a credit to the original payment method utilized.

Regarding products which are to be downloaded by you, since it is not possible to “return a product” due to their digital nature, we therefore DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges after the purchase of such product.
